I just got back from Halcyon Coffee on Fourth Street. I was there all day. I pretty much sucked. I will load up some of the stuff that I painted there tomorrow if I have the time. Here is a morsel just for tonight. This will lead to another discussion soon about painting with available, ambient light. An appropriate title might be: “How to paint in the dark and lose your eyesight.” Have a great evening.~Lavanna Martin

I am amazed that you are able to paint in coffee houses. Most places I have been to in this city give the impression that they will be happy when you move on and make room for the next customer.
If you are wondering what to write about next, I am sure people would be interested to read about how staff and customers react to you and also what painting kit you carry with you.
I look forward to seeing more paintings.
Love it!
Thank you, Adam.

Hi, justwilliams.
At first, I didn’t know how to respond to this post. Then, i decided to photograph all the supplies in my painting kit for all to see. If you or any other folks have questions regarding the small pochade, please ask. OR, maybe you have some suggestions, too.
Thank you,
~Lavanna
