A very pretty girl in the perfect color of dress for her complexion

Since I’m out in the studio and unable to “guerrilla paint” this week, I’m going to post a “live’ portait that I did in my studio in 90 minutes:

Ari volunteered to be painted in 90 minutes. She is a very pretty girl, and I was so happy that she showed up in the perfect color for her complexion, and the studio setting! She was nice enough to work in the modeling session before taking off to work at the new news and culture blog, republicofaustin.com.

I see all of the flaws, but capturing the subject in 90 minutes, freehand, and not going back in later is what I’m all about for now.
